Standard Delivery FAQs


We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as we can. There are exceptions for peak holiday times, but we work hard to get your contemporary malas to you as quickly as possible. We take weekends off to collect inspiration around Bali.


Q:Who do you use for Deliveries?
A:We work closely with our friends at EMS.


Q:Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
A:Please let EMS do their thing and process your order before the tracking number works. Check back a day after you place your order. Please contact us at hello@meisoumalas.comif you are still having trouble with tracking.


Q: My package should be here by now. Where is it?
A:If you have checked your tracking number and the status states that it has been delivered…uh oh! You are going to have to contact EMS to see what is going on. If the postal service is unable to help, please contact us at


Q: I gave you the wrong address. What should I do?
A:We would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request and it is returned to us, we will send it to you once we receive it. We regret adding in that you may have to pay to have it shipped again.


Q: I paid for faster shipping, but my order arrived after the estimated time. Can I get my money back?
A:We do not refund shipping charges. These times are provided by EMS and we are not responsible for items arriving after that timeframe. If this is a rush order, please send us an e-mail before or after placing your order so we can help.

Shipping & Delivery


Please note that we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise if a tracking number is provided. Tracking number comes with shipping and is provided via the confirmation email after the order is shipped.


We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or missing items that do not have a tracking number. We cannot claim responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of our courier. When the package has been delivered, we are unable to claim responsibility if a signature is not provided upon receipt.
