Mala Repairs

We understand the pain of breaking a beloved mala. We are happy to fix your piece in order for you to continue using it for as long as you’d like. Alternatively, breaking a mala may be an indication that you are ready to move on to a new mala or intention.

MEISOU will repair your mala at no cost. However, we do require that you pay shipping to and from Bali.
Returning your mala for repair is easy:

  • Email us with your request and a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Add “Repair My Mala” to your cart and pay the shipping fee(link this to shipping fees?).
  • Include a printed copy of your emailed receipt with your mala.

Please send your broken Mala along with your receipt to:

*Please declare the amount of this package as $0 and write “Repair” in the description box in order to avoid any unnecessary customs fees.
