We are sorry to hear your mala broke!

When a mala breaks, it’s believed you no longer ‘need’ the intentions in that particular piece. We believe in restringing your mala to help you release the intention at your own time.
To repair your mala, please provide the following via email to [email protected]:

– Mention your request to restring your broken mala
– An order number if ordered from our website.

MEISOU is happy to repair your mala with the cost of 0.20 $. We only ask that amount to cover the cost of this listing and also that you pay the shipping costs.
To start, add “Repair My Mala” to your cart before checkout. This transaction will only cover the cost of shipping your repaired mala back to it’s lovely home with you in due time!

After completing your Repair My Mala order, you will receive an e-mail with your payment confirmation. Please print this receipt and include it in your package before sending it to us. Any repairs that are sent without paying online first, will be returned to you immediately without repair.
When sending it back to our office, please write in the description “repair” and declare the amount as $0. This will avoid customs charges on our end to accept the package back into Bali, Indonesia.
